Returns

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Items returned in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping labels must be paid for by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted if initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please note that pre-orders are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Domestic orders can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pre-orders are not eligible for exchanges.
